Terms & Conditions-Payments Policy :

1. The Payment Mode & Terms of payments are decided are in advance with the buyer by our company and the same shall reflect on this particular tax invoice to which the buyer is obliged for.
2. The buyer must pay our company, for this order or any previous balance as per the mode and terms of payment mentioned in this particular tax invoice.
3. Any delay by the buyer towards clearing any dues beyond the due date of any payment shall attract an additional 18% per annum on any dues in total outstanding for the ledger.
4. Any customer cannot be given a credit facility beyond the credit limit set by the company and for particular credit days. The same shall be communicated by our company to the buyer. Any dues over the credit limit must be cleared by the buyer to proceed with the purchase.
5. Orders from the customer with payment due beyond its due date will have to clear those to place a new fresh order.
