  • What is the time-period within which I can return a product?
Returns & Refunds
You must share with us your order number from your confirmation email or SMS along with the reason for your return. Note that in some cases, we may not find the reason for return acceptable due to seller policies; In such cases, we will call you and advise you on the next steps.
What is the time period within which I can return the product?
In general, the product return time limit is from 0 to 30 days; However, we recommend that you visit the product page for detailed information about each product's return window.

Here is a list of product categories and their respective return windows:
1. Apparel and other non-electronic products - 30 days from the date of product delivery
2. Watches - 15 days from the date of product delivery
3. Electronics - Example: Security Cameras, Audio Stores, Speakers, Health & Beauty, Tech Accessories, Smart Home etc. are non-returnable.

Please note that returns will only be accepted if the product received is 'not as described', 'defective', 'damaged' or 'not working at the time of review'.
 In case of post usage defects, we suggest you to avail the manufacturer warranty by contacting them or visiting their authorized service center for additional support.
  • When are returns not possible

Returns are not possible in cases where the brand/seller has mandated a no return policy, or for hygiene reasons. Also, we cannot accept returns after return timeline has lapsed.
 If you’ve shopped on SMPH STAR, here are some products we can’t take back at all:
  1. Innerwear, lingerie, socks, clothing freebies and swimsuits, for hygiene reasons
  2. Perfumes, personal and beauty care products, as mandated by the seller
  3. Products that have already been used or installed, as mandated by the seller
  4. Products that have been tampered with or are missing serial numbers, as mandated by the seller
  5. Personalised/engraved items, as mandated by the seller
  • How should I pack my product for return
Please enclose the products in the original condition and packaging, along with the original box, as part of the return package.  Remember, we cannot offer a refund if the products' tag labels or seals have been tampered with - so be extra careful.  Also, in case of self-courier returns, email us proof of shipping slip/air way bill provided by the logistics company at smph.engineer@gmail.com.  Refer to our guide to know all you need to know about returns
  • Can i return a part of my order
Yes you can. Simply select the products you want to return and start the return right away. You should know that we cannot accept returns of incomplete product combos eg: buy one get one free combo, free gift etc
When I'm returning a product, do I have to return the free gift that came with it?

Yes.  Any gifts/gifts received by you must be returned along with the original product
  • What is the pick-up process for returning a product
Once you place a return request with us, pick-up will be arranged within 2 working days for apparel and accessories. In case of electronic products, pick-up will be initiated once the return request is accepted.
  • Can I cancel my return request and choose to keep the product
Yes, it is possible. To cancel your withdrawal request, please visit the 'My Account' section.
  • How do I track the status of my returned product
Once the refund request is approved, you will receive an SMS notification containing the Airway Bill Number. You can use this to track your returns on our logistics partner's website
  • I have received my order, but I do not see the option to initiate a return. what to do
It may take some time for our logistic partners to update the delivery status online. Please allow 48 hours for the delivery status to be updated. You can then place your withdrawal request.
  • Why has my refund request been declined
It's unfortunate, but the reason for the return does not comply with our policy.
  • This is not what I ordered. How do I change this
If your order or any part of it does not match the product description, we will look into it immediately. You can initiate a return request through Order History in the My Account section.

  • What is the mode of payment for refund
In case of prepaid orders all refunds are credited back to the account/card used to place the original order.  If you have placed COD order, we will transfer the money through NEFT to your bank account.  You can also choose your refund mode as cash.
  • What details do you need to wire-transfer the refunded amount

  • Can I change the payment method for my refund?
Yes, you can choose any type of UPI as a mode of refund is an option. Please refer to the detailed steps for a quick, hassle-free refund:
 Start by clicking on the 'Order History' option under the 'My Account' section.

Once you reach the page, select the product that you ordered earlier.

 Proceed to click on the 'Returns' link and select the reason and sub-reason for your return from the drop-down menu.

 Once you click on 'Continue', go ahead and select the 'Return Mode' option, then click on 'Submit'.

 Once the above process is done, you can choose your desired refund mode as SMPH Star.

 To confirm the refund process, accept our terms and conditions and click 'Continue'.

 You will receive your refund within one business day, once the product reaches the seller.
  • How do I know that my refund has been initiated
You never have to ask. We will send you an SMS and email confirming the processing of your refund. Your refund should reach you within 3-4 working days. In case of SMPH star cash refund it will be refunded in 1 working day

  • I still haven't received my refund.why
If we have sent you a confirmation on acceptance of your refund, you will definitely get your refund. However, in rare cases, we face technical difficulties which may delay the refund transfer. If the wait takes too long, contact us for support
  • Will the shipping charges be refunded to me if I cancel my order
If an order is cancelled/lost in transit/non-deliverable, we will refund you the full amount [including shipping charges] in case of prepaid orders.
