Here at Online Super Bazaar, we pride ourselves on customer service and satisfaction. If you want to return any items in your delivered order, you need to get in touch with the Online Super Bazaar team within 24 hours of delivery. Return will be accepted only if it meets the return eligibility criteria of that product or category the product belongs to.

If the delivered product expired before the delivery, you can notify the Online Super Bazaar Team which will either replace the product or provide refund after collecting the expired product.

If your return is accepted, refunds will be initiated 3-5 business day. Delivery charges are not refundable.
