Refund Policy

Packaging and Quality Control:

- 3 levels of packaging and inspection to ensure products reach you in good condition
- Damage likelihood is very small, but possible due to unforeseen circumstances

Replacement and Return Policy:

- Replacements only for manufacturing defects or transportation damag, & missing items.

- To claim refund or replacement, send a video of opening the package on watsapp within 24 hours of delivery

-Refund/ replacement will be provided only in case of opening full video right from the starting otherwise no claims will be entertained.

- If product return is requested by our team- then product must be in original packaging with tags and labels intact. Returns picked up within 3-5 working days

- Refunds credited to your account within 10 working days

- Refund amount credited back to the original payment method/ our ream will contact for the same.

Order Cancellation Policy:

- For regular orders, you may cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it.
- However, we regret that we cannot accept order cancellations for customized orders once the order has been confirmed.
