Returns :

We accept return/exchange request only on manufacturing defective product where uses of this product effect by this defects. 

Small small threads pulled, slightly colour variation, sticking beads-mirror, Gota work paper and other similar add on work is not come under manufacturing defects. So it will be not consider for return on this basis. 

Unfortunately we can’t accept return of items once delivered on basis of liked—unliked issue.

You can cancel your order within 24 hour of placing the order and we will refund you the amount. 

Exchanges:

If you received a damaged product or wrong item, please reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving the order by sending an email to lavyaagam@gmail.com. 

It is mandatory to provide uncut product unboxing video so that in case of any damage/wrong item, we can resolve the issue.

Please note that without the unboxing video we won’t be able to exchange the product.

Exchange due to merchandise fitting issues is not allowed, unless we shipped you a different size than what was ordered.

Exchange due to color difference is not allowed as the images on website may slightly differ from the actual product due to differences in lighting and viewing angles during photography.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Once we receive your item, Our Compliance team will inspect it and notify you if your exchange is approved.

You will be responsible for shipping cost for exchanging your item.

Refund:

Under any circumstances if refund is need to process then it will be done to it's original payment mode. Or it will be paid to registered Gpay number, After approval done by our team.

 हम केवल दोषपूर्ण उत्पाद के निर्माण पर वापसी/विनिमय अनुरोध स्वीकार करते हैं जहां इस उत्पाद का उपयोग इन दोषों से प्रभावित होता है।

छोटे छोटे धागे खींचे गए, रंग में थोड़ा बदलाव, मोती-दर्पण चिपकाना, गोटा वर्क पेपर और इसी तरह के अन्य ऐड ऑन वर्क निर्माण दोष के अंतर्गत नहीं आते हैं। इसलिए इस आधार पर वापसी पर विचार नहीं किया जाएगा।

 दुर्भाग्य से हम पसंद-नापसंद के आधार पर एक बार वितरित किए गए आइटम की वापसी को स्वीकार नहीं कर सकते।

 आप ऑर्डर देने के 24 घंटे के भीतर अपना ऑर्डर रद्द कर सकते हैं और हम आपको राशि वापस कर देंगे।

 मर्चेंडाइज फिटिंग के मुद्दों के कारण विनिमय की अनुमति नहीं है, जब तक कि हम आपको ऑर्डर किए गए आकार से भिन्न आकार में न भेज दें।

 रंग के अंतर के कारण विनिमय की अनुमति नहीं है क्योंकि फोटोग्राफी के दौरान प्रकाश और देखने के कोणों में अंतर के कारण वेबसाइट पर छवियां वास्तविक उत्पाद से थोड़ी भिन्न हो सकती हैं।

 एक बार जब हम आपका आइटम प्राप्त कर लेते हैं, तो हमारी अनुपालन टीम उसका निरीक्षण करेगी और यदि आपका एक्सचेंज स्वीकृत हो जाता है तो आपको सूचित करेगी।

 आप अपने आइटम का आदान-प्रदान करने के लिए शिपिंग लागत के लिए जिम्मेदार होंगे।

धनवापसी:

किसी भी परिस्थिति में अगर धनवापसी की प्रक्रिया की आवश्यकता है तो इसे उसके मूल भुगतान मोड में किया जाएगा। या इसका भुगतान हमारी टीम द्वारा स्वीकृत किए जाने के बाद, पंजीकृत GPAY नंबर को किया जाएगा।
