IZRA offers a very flexible Return & Exchange policy. If customer is not satisfied with the order, you can easily return/exchange the products. Product has to be in original & unused state. Request has to be raised within 7 days of delivery. 

The acceptance of order is subject to availability of products, delivery areas and time. The order may or may not be accepted. The order might be cancelled after assessing the circumstances and communicated to customer. In such case amount paid by customer is fully refunded to bank account.

For COD orders, approved refunds to customer will be processed through bank. Once refund has been initiated, refund takes 3 to 7 business days to reflect in your account.
