Replacement Only: We offer replacement only for products purchased from our store. We do not accept returns for any reason.


Eligibility: To be eligible for a replacement, the product must be defective, damaged or incorrect. We may request Videographic evidence of the issue before authorizing a replacement.


Timeframe: Requests for replacement must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.

Photograph(s) of the issue

Confirmation: Once we have received and reviewed your request, we will send a confirmation message on WhatsApp authorizing the replacement.


Shipping: We will cover the cost of shipping for the replacement product.


Exclusions: Our replacement policy does not cover products that have been misused, abused, or damaged due to customer negligence. It also does not cover products that have been used for a prolonged period of time and are no longer covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
