As our produce is always at its freshest best when it reaches you, and due to the fact that we only deal with perishable commodities, we do not have an existing refund policy. Ensuring you receive fresh and quality produce is our core value.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted next contact your bank there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customercare@krishisatva.com.

Exchanges

Note: 100% refund is available if order is cancelled prior to dispatch. Once dispatch, order cancelation will not be available. 

Produce is freshly picked and dispatched on each day therefore we cannot accommodate cancelations and refunds post dispatch.
