Refund Policy

Once goods purchased cannot be refunded.

In case of abnormal loss in transit refund is only possible if customer has a clear video while unboxing the parcel.

FOR ANY DAMAGE CAUSED IN TRANSIT, WE WILL BE REPLACING THE ITEMS.

Video is the only evidence acceptable by us and pictures won't be accepted.

NO COMPLAINTS WILL BE HEARD AFTER 24HRS FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY OF PARCEL
